Camp Givah at Temple Israel of Albany

Camp Givah is located on 250 acres in the scenic Helderberg Mountains, 20 miles from Albany. Featuring a large recreation hall, playground, swimming pool, athletic fields, arts and crafts building, Gan (3 – 5 yr. olds) building and Kosher kitchen, the camp is set amid rolling hills, woods, streams and a private lake.

Camp Givah provides an important light and experience in many Jewish children’s lives. They make longtime friends and hold onto many important memories. Camp is not only for making friends, swimming, and having a good time. Camp Givah is the best way for a child to experience Judaism and increase their Judaic knowledge in a safe and nurturing environment.
